They say, “the first step is the hardest,” but is it really? Is the first step the hardest? Is the first workout the hardest? Is the first of week of school the most difficult? Have we been lead astray? Saying, “the first step is the hardest,” in general is a decent statement to help motivate someone to start moving in the “right” direction.
